This cylinder, piston without cylinder head 75cc Ø47.6mm mounts on mécaboite driving DERBI euro 3 and 4, it is the replacement for the 75cc racing pack with 42.00mm long stroke crankshaft and the cylinder head with high compression stud. ITALKIT crankshaft in stroke 42.00 and connecting rod 90mm In combination with stroke 42, the actual displacement is 74.73cc.
The cylinder is made of aluminum alloy and has a specific heat treatment and an internal coating in niquel / silica and external in chrome, giving it all its strength and reliability. Equipped with 6 intake transfers, 2 boosters with worked shapes and finally the impressive exhaust outlet by its shape and size to such an extent that the outlet diameter has been revised upwards and greatly enlarged!
The cooling has also been completely revised and corrected in order to offer the best possible heat exchange and at the same time to obtain a significant performance gain, in fact the less an engine runs out of steam and heats up and the more performance remains present. The Ø47.6mm piston is not chosen at random, it is a single segment model from ITALKIT with graphite treatment.
In other words, very high quality material whose reputation / quality is well established. This piston is therefore equipped with a fine chrome segment 0.80 mm thick thus promoting the increase in speed. Thanks to the graphite treatment, its shapes and its composition, this piston has been very well designed and studied in order to offer a better thermal expansion, agreeing at the same time perfectly with this cylinder to withstand frank times, sudden changes of speed and prolonged endurance on the circuit.

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
