This cylinder, cylinder without piston 80cc Ø47,6mm mounts on mécaboite driving DERBI euro 1 & 2, the replacement pack racing 80cc with long stroke crankshaft 44.90 mm and the cylinder head high compression pad. To accompany so the race 43 ITALKIT crankshaft and connecting rod 90mm. in combination with the 44,90 mm stroke, the actual displacement is 79,90cc.

The cylinder is made of aluminum alloy and has a specific heat treatment and internal coating niquel / silica and external chrome, giving it its strength and reliability. With its 6 admission transfers including 4 side and three in the back, two boosters from the forms worked on transfers and finally the huge exhaust outlet by its shape and size to the point that the outlet diameter has been revised upward and greatly expanded!

Cooling also been completely revised and corrected in order to provide the best possible heat exchange and at the same time to get a performance gain consequently, indeed least one engine runs out of steam and heated and performance remain present. the Ø47,6mm piston meanwhile is not chosen at random, it is a model mono segment with graphite treatment.

Suffice to say the material of the highest quality whose reputation / quality is second to none. The piston is equipped with a chrome end segment 1 mm thickness favoring the ramp-up. Thanks to the graphite processing, forms and composition, this piston was very well designed and studied in order to offer better thermal expansion, agreeing at the same time perfectly with this cylinder to support the free times, brutal regime change and prolonged endurance of circuit.
