This very complete pack 80cc engine mounts on mécaboite driving DERBI euro 1 & 2, the top engine used to pack racing 80cc. This set will give you all the power sought to distinguish yourself in competition and win the first place. To accompany the ITALKIT celeron crankshaft bearings 44.90 and race rod 90mm. In combination of 44,90mm race, the real capacity is of 79,90cc.
The cylinder is made of aluminum alloy and has a specific heat treatment and internal coating niquel / silica and external chrome, giving it its strength and reliability. With no less than 9 lights including 6 transfers admission (4 side and 2 rear), two boosters from the side to fabricated forms and finally the impressive exhaust outlet by its shape and size to the point that the outlet diameter has been revised upwards . A very successful complex architecture.
In addition, the cooling also been completely revised and corrected in order to provide the best possible heat exchange and at the same time to get a performance gain consequently indeed less engine runs out of steam and heat and more performance remain present. to accompany this cylinder, a racing stud bolt!
