This cylinder, cylinder without piston 80cc Ø47,6mm mounts on mécaboite driving DERBI euro 1 & 2, the replacement pack racing 80cc with 43 mm long stroke crankshaft and high compression entering stud bolt. To accompany therefore ITALKIT the crankshaft stroke rod 43 and 90mm. in combination race 43 mm, the actual displacement is 76,49cc.
The cylinder is made of aluminum alloy and has a specific heat treatment and internal coating niquel / silica and external chrome, giving it its strength and reliability. With its 6 admission transfers including 4 side and three in the back, two boosters from the forms worked on transfers and finally the huge exhaust outlet by its shape and size to the point that the outlet diameter has been revised upward and greatly expanded!
Cooling also been completely revised and corrected in order to provide the best possible heat exchange and at the same time to get a performance gain consequently, indeed least one engine runs out of steam and heated and performance remain present. the Ø47,6mm piston meanwhile is not chosen at random, it is a single segment model in VERTEX treatment with graphite.
Suffice to say the material of the highest quality whose reputation / quality is second to none. The piston is equipped with a chrome end segment 1 mm thickness favoring the ramp-up. Thanks to the graphite processing, forms and composition, this piston was very well designed and studied in order to offer better thermal expansion, agreeing at the same time perfectly with this cylinder to support the free times, brutal regime change and prolonged endurance of circuit.
Delivered complete as presented, you can rely on photographs, they are binding as we usually do. This cylinder / piston will be ideal when worn or breaks and replace your old high engine without any change.
We recommend to accompany this pack with minimum: a carburizing 24-28 for the best, an intake kit flexible mounting, crankshaft ultra reinforced ITALKIT Competition Race 43 / 90mm rod, cylinder head stud incoming high compression ITALKIT, ignition Selettra home ITALKIT with variable advance, cold NGK B105EGV, compulsory motor racing oil, relaxing racing exhaust large volumes needed ....
