Reinforced BIDALOT competition crankshaft, this model is dimensionally identical to the old G1 and G2. It is fitted with a reinforced connecting rod mounted on an anti-friction wedge, Ø16mm crankpin and reinforced connecting rod head cage. The side hammers prove the balancing quality which is very high.
The masses are obviously full but studied to preserve a good lubrication of big end while having a maximum of pre-compression. In short, this crankshaft is ultra reinforced, very well balanced and of very high quality, the steels used for manufacturing are top of the range, treated 3 times and case hardened, the balancing is carried out digitally, this crankshaft will therefore be suitable for small 50cc kits , to the most efficient 50cc kits on the market such as the Malossi G2 or to all 70CC kits.
Attention, you will have to put a cage of small end Ø13XØ16X 15 or 16mm like the malossi because it is not delivered with this crankshaft and does not exist in the catalog BIDALOT. This crankshaft preserves the Ø16mm silks, so you will need to fit original size bearings such as the POLINI or the BIDALOT racing celeron. Attention, this crankshaft being very used for competitions, it does not have keying! You will therefore need to have a setting gauge to properly set your ignition.
