Here is a piece that we still appreciate as much as the previous version out of production. This MALOSSI ENERGY PUMP water pump is an element that we have long awaited like the previous ones, many brands have released water pumps yes but ... unsuitable for our 2 wheels, too heavy, too greedy in current, too fragile and therefore ineffective. MALOSSI has struck hard again by creating a new powerful, efficient and energy-efficient pump.

Thanks to it, you can finally replace the original electric water pump and thus improve the efficiency of your cooling! Intended for scooters or motorcycles 50 to 150cc 2 or 4 times with liquid cooling equipped with a mechanical water pump driven by the engine. It has several advantages, it eliminates friction and mechanical problems, it is silent and its assembly is really simple with an explanatory manual provided and all the accessories necessary for its installation and operation.

This is not all, the internal electronic management of the pump has also been improved in order to maintain the range of the constant supply range between 10.5 V and 14 V. This is a pump. intelligent, equipped with a card interfaced to a dedicated electronic box, which is able to manage the control of the coolant temperature while maintaining it in the requested values.

DESCRIPTION AND TECHNICAL DATA MALOSSI

The water pump is enclosed in a robust housing made of PPC, a lightweight, shatterproof polymer resistant to high temperatures, acids and hydrocarbons. It works with a 12V power supply provided by the battery, it has a robust electric motor with independent excitation without brushes (Brushless technology). Traditional mechanical cooling pumps are normally driven by the motor shaft and follow the trend of motor revolutions. This is why they are not always able to distribute the flow rates required for correct cooling, (eg low engine revolutions and high loads). The ENERGY PUMP is fitted with an electronic card (WCP electronic switching) which, associated with a dedicated control unit, makes it possible to adapt the flow rate to the actual engine cooling requirements regardless of the conditions of the engine revolutions and of the loads applied. As a result, the engine always operates with optimum coolant temperatures.
