Here is a high performance admission kit from ITALKIT (official GILARDONI) for your ROTAX engines fitted to the ARILIA RS 125cc or the KARTING engine ROTAX!
As usual, ITALKIT has released a heavy price. Perfectly adapted to a carburation of 30 to 36mm with a male carburettor (reentrant) in fixing diameter 40 to 44mm! This kit has a valve box in 8 slats (V FORCE way), a molded aluminum diffuser and a Ø36mm bent inlet pipe perfectly adapted to the all rubber viton to avoid emulsions in erasing the engine vibrations at best not to transmit them to the carburetor!
The box has special fiberglass slats called black KARBONIT with a thickness designed to prioritize power without losing torque with the system 8 slats (4 interiors and 4 exterior) said double V. The valve box is it also adhered to the viton rubber to allow perfect sealing of the slats and a soft closing of the slats repelling their wear!
Everything is obviously removable and the intake pipe as slats are separated! This very complete kit comes with a crankcase seal against valve box! A very good performance gain in low and high speed baths is achieved thanks to this complete box with intake pipe!
