Here are some nice little flashers named future water drop, from TUN 'R, these turn signals work with small bulbs (no led). You will fix them with 2 Ø 4mm holes between 35mm axis, the drop has 2 clips, you will also add the anti-vibration adhesive supplied.

Compare to simple water drop design is much more worked and racing. The length of the turn signal is 60mm, width 18mm and finally 6mm thickness at the back and 19mm at the front on the thickest part.
