This kit is no longer like the original, ITALKIT has totally optimized this cylinder in order to offer a real gain in power compared to the original while preserving excellent engine strength and reliability, a diameter of 57mm for the piston VERTEX is an increased displacement to 140cc.

We recommend it with at least:

-A relaxation exhaust

-A carburetion at the minimum of 30mm (flat bushel will be perfect)

- ITALKIT pneumatic valve

-If your engine is prepared, or still old, we will recommend changing the crankshaft, in passing do not hesitate to install a reinforced connecting rod kit. -A set of rigid carbon valve slats will also be welcome in order to use the right speeds.

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!

This model 122 (unlike the 123) does not need any modification to the position of the valve to install a pneumatic valve! The hole is already made! In any case, on ITALKIT models, all ROTAX cylinders have the hole!
