Malossi SpA is pleased to provide its customers with a new series of primary transmission gears for 50cc scooters.
These new gears are the fruit of 20 years of experience of Malossi in the study and the realization of gears for competition and road scooters. The new H. t. Q. have been designed and produced with straight teeth to reduce friction losses and stresses on the supports as much as possible. In addition, our gears lengthen the ratios slightly, which makes it possible to exploit the full power of your scooter and to guarantee a considerable sprint compared to your original scooter. Transmission is extremely important in a good preparation, so your variator and torque corrector are at their maximum, your engine also revolutions per minute and top speed is not enough for you! All you have to do is change your transmission in order to fully exploit your top speed while obviously losing some acceleration, it will also allow adjustments, a different torque, it will be necessary to accompany it with new variator / thrust spring adjustments. We recommend it with a racing crankcase mounted on bearings and a good transmission oil. The primary transmission is the one on which the clutch housing is fixed, there are also secondary transmission. The MALOSSI MHR transmission is a real piece of racing competition, they have the reputation of being indestructible! Take advantage of it. Before purchase, we advise you to observe your primary and secondary transmission in order to know its teeth and therefore to judge on which to take. We recommend a running-in of around 100km and an oil change after 1000/1300 km.
