The competition has only to keep quiet and is far behind on most of the maxi-kits. Only downside of this pack, the absence of a 90 mm rod! A real novelty from the great Spanish brand ITALKIT and now available from us, this ultra complete 85cc engine pack is mounted on mécaboite Minarelli AM6. This set will give you all the power you are looking for to distinguish yourself in competition and take first place.
As usual, the ITALKIT brand is no exception to the rule by composing this pack of the best current parts on the market. The aluminum alloy cylinder has a specific heat treatment and an internal niquel / silica coating, giving it all its solidity and reliability, foolproof! Equipped with no less than 9 lights including 6 transfers of admission, 2 boosters with worked shapes and finally the impressive exhaust outlet by its shape and size to such an extent that the outlet diameter has been revised upwards and measures no less than Ø32mm (Attention the reduction ring for the passage an exhaust diameter Ø28mm is not provided!).
That's not all, the cooling has also been completely revised and corrected in order to offer the best possible heat exchange and at the same time to obtain a significant performance gain, indeed less an engine runs out of steam and overheats. and the more the performances remain present.To accompany this cylinder, a cylinder head with competition stud! Top-of-the-range model, specially designed to offer maximum compression. The cylinder head stud is entering and mounted on an O-ring, the combustion chamber is frustoconical and has a very successful polished finish, smooth and clean.
The Ø50mm piston is not chosen at random, it is a single segment model from ITALKIT with graphite treatment. In other words, very high quality material whose reputation / quality is well established. This piston is therefore equipped with a thin chrome segment 1mm thick thus promoting the increase in speed. Thanks to the graphite treatment, its shapes and its composition, this piston has been very well designed and studied in order to offer better thermal expansion, at the same time fitting perfectly with this cylinder to withstand frank revisions, sudden changes of regimes and prolonged endurance on the track.
Finally, the special 44mm stroke crankshaft and 85mm connecting rod. This model is unique and once again very successful. It is perfectly well balanced and cut from the best steels on the market. Its dynamic balancing results from the inorganic tungsten carbide compound. This material in summary is a combination of carbon and tungsten. It is a material reputed to be very dense, very resistant and very hard.A new connecting rod is also installed on this linkage, an ultra-reinforced model machined in the mass. Ultra light, it is really reserved for competition!
It is this type of connecting rod that equips real competition crankshafts BIDALOT or MALOSSI MHR BIG BORE and other extremely rare vilo! Featherweight and maximum rigidity are there. Its lubrication is improved, the small end cage is increased for better holding, treated with silver and mounted on anti-friction wedges. A crankshaft as you will have understood, perfectly designed and adapted to accompany this high engine, which can support without no problem with the wildest engine speeds up to 16,000 rpm and in combination with this cylinder.

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
