70cc performance pack with kit, exhaust pump, 21mm carburation, variation for QUAD ACCESS Q2, TRITON BAJA 50

Ideal to finally release the performance of your heavy and slow TRITON BAJA or ACCES Q2 50cc 2T liquid cooling, in fact, the TRITON or ACCESS is a relatively heavy quad, with lots of friction, a lot of wind socket and a small 2T scooter motor. Basically, this quad has a lot of difficulty climbing the coast and over 43KM/H, here is a complete engine pack that includes:

-A TURBOKIT exhaust approved route

-A 70cc DR RACING kit with ashes (we strongly recommend taking it with STAGE 1 preparation before adding to the cart)

-A TPR V FORCE double roof sports valve

-A reinforced cage ITALKIT 12X17X14,2mm

-A 21mm carburetor kit POLINI CP

-An intake pipe POLINI 21mm

-A sports air filter POLINI

-Suitable gicleurs

-An intake pipe for the carburettor

-Cables, cable clamps, sheaths, durites and the gas filter required for the installation of the carburettor

-A starter kit to leverage

-A sprocket with +2 teeth to gain in top speed (Warning, base in the pack we deliver a 19 teeth, you can remove it from the basket and put a 20, 18, 14 teeth or other depending on your need)

-A sports variator POLINI

-A reinforced belt POLINI

-A clutch POLINI EVOLUTION (Warning, requires a 107mm bell, does not mount in 105mm)

-A MOTUL 800 OFF ROAD can be used to protect your engine in 4 litres (which means 165 litres of fuel at 3% or + / - 8500KM with an average of 5L / 100KM.

-An ignition candle suitable for running and setting (B9ES)

-A racing ignition candle adapted to the engine already set and rode (B10EG)

-A RACING LB05EMH Pest Control

-A CDI RACING box advances variable with shifted clasp (check your beam before purchase, in case of impossible assembly of a CDI racing, laying a MVT PREMIUM MBK NITRO remains possible)

Of course, even if the exhaust is approved road and the other parts, not visible during an observation, this engine configuration increases the performance of QUAD is reserved for leisure on closed / private roads as well as for competition!

*Warning, it is possible that the original chain is too short to pass the sprocket +2 teeth, in this case, you have to resume a new 428 string and cut it to size using a string drift!

*Delete the original oil pump and its training, obstruct its location! Make your mixture.

*The original vilebrequin can stay in place if it has less than 15,000km! From 15,000KM, take care to replace the latter!

* Use only MOTUL 800 ROAD at 3% in SP98 only! For use on circuit in the summer, we recommend adding octane booster MOTUL or PUTOLINE in your mixture!

*Change of recommended piston at 8500KM
