Ideal to finally release the performance of small child quad KYMCO MAXXER 50cc 2T and make it truly sporty, in fact, the KYMCO MAXXER is a relatively heavy quad, with lots of friction, a lot of wind catch and a small 2T scooter motor. Basically, this quad to a little bit of trouble climbing the coasts and exceeding the 50KM/H, so it quickly becomes boring for leisure, here is a complete engine pack that includes:

-An intake pipe for the carburettor

-A sprocket with +2 teeth to gain in peak speed (you can keep the original sprocket if you do not want to increase speed but just torque and acceleration)
-A sports variator MALOSSI
-A clutch POLINI EVOLUTION
-A MOTUL 800 OFF ROAD can be used to protect your engine in 4 litres (which means 165 litres of fuel at 3% or + / - 8500KM with an average of 5L / 100KM.
-An ignition candle suitable for running and setting (BR8HS)
-A racing ignition candle adapted to the engine already set and rode (BR9HIX)
With this configuration, we play on the engine torque and we preserve the original exhaust system! To stay in line with the original pot, if you take the STAGE 1 preparation on the cylinder, notify us with a message in the command that you have the original exhaust! In this way we will prepare the cylinder in line with the original exhaust by working on the couple.
*When laying, consider increasing the diameter of the original pipe connection to properly exploit your carburation!
*Warning, it is possible that the original chain is too short to pass the sprocket +2 teeth, in this case, you have to resume a new 520 string and cut it to size using a string drift!
*When laying the carburettor, expand the air inlet of your airbox so that your engine can breathe at best!
*Delete the original oil pump and its training, obstruct its location! Make your mixture.
*The original vilebrequin can stay in place if it has less than 15,000km! From 15,000KM, take care to replace the latter!
* Use only MOTUL 800 ROAD at 3% in SP98 only! For use on circuit in the summer, we recommend adding octane booster MOTUL or PUTOLINE in your mixture!
*Change of recommended piston at 8500KM
