Complete motor assembled PARMAKIT 82cc for MBK 51 / MOTOBECANE AV10. This engine was developed by us and tested on different customer engines! The engine arrives assembled, ready to roll and preset (carburation settings to be refined)! It is a special engine big couple!!! Ideal for long distance rides!!! It is an engine that is able to pull very long transmissions, it pulls out all its power around 9,000 laps and can climb the odds to 5,500 laps without problems. The engine is fiabilized with a piston ITALKIT mounted on 12X16X16 cage instead of the base 13X16X13mm cage!!!
*For mounting on a chassis originally designed for an AV7 motor, high mounting head, use this adapter
It consists of:
- Carters PARMAKIT basic machined to pass the Ø50mm kit
- Mechanized reinforced rod Vilebrequin, DOPPLER ENDURANCE
- Cylinder base rod RRD 1mm suitable for kit (feet 54mm)
- Reinforced bearings
- Kit PARMAKIT Ø50mm with foot in 54mm, prepared basic diagrams around 120° / 172° air cooling, attention
- Squish 1.1mm
- Basic intake pipe 19mm
- Carburettor 21mm rigid mounting cable starter
- Claps MALOSSI fibre
- High quality pre-callé moriyama type ignition
- Type E8 filter
- Screws, nuts, mounting and metrology, settings... Included in the price.
The engine is supplied without motor spring, without spark plug (B8ES recommended with anti-parasite LB05EMH), without coil or CDI (use origins) without exhaust (DOPPLER STREETCUP recommended). Without dimming/clutching, we recommend an ER3 to mount fully with the LOCTITE FREINFILET and a pulley clutch DOPPLER ER2 to be mounted also fully LOCTITE FREEINFILET. The original engine spring can be preserved but we still recommend a DOPPLER with white spring!
