The valves installed are POLINI single-blade valves, real competition valves perfectly venturized for Ø19mm, a short flexible pipe and a 19mm POLINI CP carburetor are also delivered to you! We can deliver the engine with TPR V FORCE valves from DERBI and an adjustable pipe from Derbi for example, you just need to put the parts you want in the basket! Depending on the chassis, the straight intake delivered may not be suitable.
The ignition installed is the MVT DIGITAL DIRECT specific for this assembly on these casings!
The installed variator is the only variator to support and transmit this power, the MALOSSI VARIOTOP big silk! The latter works significantly better despite the spring pressure to hold the power, better than a scooter variator which is designed to operate with a torque corrector.
The engine must receive many hours of work. Finishing of the parts. Assembly, cutting clearance, Alignment, squish, leak test, ignition adjustment...

**Engine delivered without air filter, without exhaust (SC G2 strongly recommended), without mainspring, without anti-parasite, without radiator, without water pump... Remember to provide a good quality water pump (electric POLINI recommended), so remember to have a good regulator / rectifier and a small lithium battery with integrated BMS. Provide a properly sized radiator. SP98 with 3% MOTUL 800 ROAD, octane booster recommended! B9ES spark plug for adjustments and running-in, then R6254E-105 spark plug
***If you want a side intake, other valves, a larger carburetor, simply, after adding the pack to the basket, remove the unwanted parts and add the desired parts to your basket!
