Description

Complete engine assembled RRD 90cc (88cc real) for MBK 51 / MOTOBECANE AV10. This engine has been developed by us and tested on different customer engines! The engine arrives assembled, ready to run and pre-tuned!

It consists of :

- POLINI engine casings, prepared, machined for the passage of the crankshaft and the PARMAKIT 54mm foot kit, prepared

- RRD long stroke crankshaft 44.9mm

- RRD 1mm cylinder base wedge adapted to the kit (54mm feet)

- Reinforced polyamide cage bearings and oil seals

- PARMAKIT Ø50mm kit with 54mm foot, prepared for 128° / 129° / 192° air cooling diagrams, be careful, you must take the stage 2 preparation from the list of parts in the pack to benefit from these diagrams and the adaptation on long stroke).

- Recovery of the cylinder head for the good compression ratio of 12.5: 1 and squish of 0.9mm

- POLINI intake pipe for PWK 24 to 28mm carburettor, angled (ideal for MBK 51)

- POLINI PWK 26 carburettor

- MALOSSI VL18 valves

- RRD intake adaptation wedge for installation of an AM6 / DERBI carburetor on POLINI casings with reorientation

- MVT PREMIUM variable advance ignition with MVT high voltage coil

- Fasteners, nuts, assembly and metrology, adjustments... Are included in the price.

The air filter, the mainspring and the variator are not supplied and remain at your choice! For use, we recommend a clutch pulley which has jaws which engage at a minimum of 6,500/7,500 rpm.

The spark plugs (breaking in and adjustment B9ES then BR10EIX) are not delivered, nor are there any high voltage cables!

Exhaust level, alas, very few exhausts today can make such an engine speak. The MVT SC can be a good alternative, the SC RACE or SC RACING from MVT too! An old G2 Open can also be a good choice!

It is therefore an ultra-efficient, very torquey and powerful motor that is delivered to you ready to be used on your chassis with a drive and an air filter of your choice. With variable ignition, long stroke, such diagrams, 24mm carburetion... An 11 / 45 transmission can be pulled to 12,000rpm without problems with top acceleration.

Suffice to say that it is in your interest to equip your chassis with brakes and tires worthy of the name!

* 300km break-in with SP98 or SP100 / 3% 100% synthetic oil

** Running in with SP98 or SP100 / 2% to 2.5% MOTUL 800 100% synthetic oil
