Complete air-cooled engine delivered assembled and ready to ride! We have fitted this engine with original crankcases, a reinforced ARTEK crankshaft. For admission / carburation: MALOSSI racing valves with fiber slats tuned to the engine, 15mm pipe for straight or angled SHA mounting (you can remove parts from the pack to put other parts in your basket)
It is equipped with a SHA 15/15 carburettor with modified air filter preset cable choke.
For the ignition part, we install a MORIYAMA electronics set racing at 1.5mm before PMH (we put the high-end MORIYAMA, we refuse the installation of the first price MORIYAMA types which pose major reliability problems). For the High engine, we chose the AIRSAL T6 50 with the DOPPLER High compression cylinder head without decompression!
*For an engine with decompression, add a decompression to your basket and take a decompression compatible cylinder head, add the decompression hole option to the cylinder!
The engine is delivered without spark plug, in the basic configuration, we recommend a B8HS for adjustments and running-in, then a BR9HIX.
Engine to break in 500km. Use quality 100% synthetic oil at 2.5% in SP98 or SP100. To be installed with the original mainspring (not supplied) and the original spring paste (supplied). To be accompanied by an original CDI (not supplied) or racing (not supplied). And to be installed with a released original exhaust or a sport exhaust (highly recommended, not supplied). Remember to use a quality belt in good condition! (not provided)
A stage 1 engine preparation is available (in-cylinder option)
Only reserved for the competition!! Possible speed with good acceleration: 85 to 100 km/h depending on transmission. Target speed: Around 9,500 rpm without preparation and 10,500 rpm with STAGE 1 preparation.

- Without dimmer (you can add a dimmer to the basket, we refuse the installation of first price original type dimmers, it will have to be installed by you). We recommend at least a DOPPLER ER2 with a DOPPLER ER2 clutch pulley for the best!
-Without mainspring
- Without CDI and high voltage coil
- Without spark plug (B8HS and BR9HIX recommended)
-Without decompression (to have a decompression valve, add a decompression valve and a decompression compatible cylinder head to the basket, remove the DOPPLER cylinder head from the pack, add the decompression hole option to the cylinder in this pack.
