The complete POLINI engine pack was created by us to guarantee you a lower price and parts that fit together well. Obviously this pack is exclusively reserved for competition, it consists first of all of the famous Ø46mm aluminum W mono segment kit from POLINI motori, this high performance kit requiring a Ø46mm cylinder head we deliver it with the large volume Ø46mm radial cylinder head from POLINI
This high compression cylinder head offers very good cooling and excellent performance. Apart from that, we have put in the pack the famous complete POLINI engine housings, they are very well aligned stock (not prepared) to the POLINI kit so there is no problem with alignment or engine preparation. These housings include an intake pipe of Ø15mm and one of 17.5mm. We obviously recommend installing the 17.5 pipe with a good 17.5mm or 19mm PHBG carburetor.

Apart from this , we add a POLINI handle set, ideal for the look of your moped and we also add a micro graduated oil dispenser in order to properly mix. In short, this pack is very complete, efficient and it is also a real saving of money.
Attention, with this pack we recommend a high quality reinforced crankshaft like the MALOSSI or the BIDALOT, also remember to take a B9 spark plug for the adjustments and a B10 hvx or W31 fs ZU from malossi. In addition, we also recommend using a good exhaust (NINJA G2 perfectly suited) as well as a 17.5mm PHBG carburetor (or 19 see 21mm) with racing air filter. Running-in level, 400 km are recommended with 2.8% high quality 100% synthetic oil, after running-in / adjustments, 2.3% to 2.5% oil is sufficient.
