MALOSSI luxury piston Ø45.5 to 46.3mm chrome bi-segment for kit 70cc aluminum and cast iron Peugeot 103 / fox / wallaroo

The luxury piston Ø45.5mm (or rebore coast) from MALOSSI for 70cc cast iron or aluminum kit on Peugeot 103, Peugeot fox and HONDA wallaroo. This model differs from the normal model by its 2 domed hard chrome segments. This top-of-the-range piston has a very high silicon content, side grease nipples, a rear opening for improved sweeping, etc.

This piston is available in several wear dimensions, and now on the reaming side!

Select dimension 0, A, B, C, D or H according to :

1- cylinder wear
2- the original lettering of the cylinder (often indicated on the top or bottom of the cylinder)

In the event of tightening, we have 2 repair costs, so you will need to re-bore the cylinder and install one of the following 2 pistons:

Ø45.90mm
Ø46.30mm
