The pack TOP PERFORMANCES FOUND - STAGE 6 87cc is a set of high performance parts for your motorcycle 50cc engine MINARELLI AM6! What an advantage to place a TOP FONTE 85cc kit with a crankshaft STAGE 6? Just because the crankshaft STAGE 6 has a 90mm rod, 5mm longer in relation to the TPR crankshaft rod, which will allow less forcing on the piston, better motor movement, an increase in the low motor volume, beneficial on this cylinder capacity. In addition, this crankshaft offers a much larger cage (the base 12X15X15 TPR cage is clearly a weakness). Finally, since the STAGE6 crankshaft is running 44,9mm and not 44mm, it allows a change from the cylinder capacity of your TOP 85cc cylinder to the actual 87cc! This increase in stroke also causes a small increase in diagrams, as well as a small increase in compression rate!
Exhaust diagram increased from 191° to 194.5°
The intake diagram increases from 131° to 134.5°
Compression rate increased from 14.7: 1 to 15.0: 1
*(Turning on a squish a little lower will lower the admission diagram a little from 134.5 to 133°, but will increase the rate from 15.0 to 15.4 : 1 )
The set is therefore supplied with the complete kit TOP 85cc cast iron, the vilo allowing the passage to 87cc, the hold of 5mm allowing to catch the rod elongation, reinforced bearings and spi joints!
Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the plunger and skirt stockings is also included in this change. Count a little extra time for this preparation!
