The TPR pack - STAGE 6 88cc is a set of high performance parts for your motorcycle 50cc engine MINARELLI AM6! What an advantage it is to set up a TPR 86cc kit with a crankshaft STAGE 6? Just because the crankshaft STAGE 6 has a 90mm rod, 5mm longer in relation to the TPR crankshaft rod, which will allow less forcing on the piston, better motor movement, an increase in the low motor volume, beneficial on this cylinder capacity. In addition, this crankshaft offers a much larger cage (the base 12X15X15 TPR cage is clearly a weakness). Finally, since the STAGE6 crankshaft is running 45mm and not 44mm, it allows the displacement of your TPR cylinder from 86 to 88cc real! This increase in stroke also causes a small increase in diagrams, as well as a small increase in compression rate!
Exhaust diagram increased from 190° to 194°
The intake diagram increases from 130° to 134°
Compression rate increased from 14.8: 1 to 15.20: 1
*(Turning on a squish a little lower will lower the intake diagram a bit but will increase the rate from 15.2 to 15.5 : 1 )
The set is therefore supplied with the complete kit TPR 86cc, the vilo allowing the passage to 88cc, the hold of 5mm allowing to catch the rod elongation, reinforced bearings and spi joints!
Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the plunger and skirt stockings is also included in this change. Count a little extra time for this preparation!
