The TOP PERFORMANCES 85cc maxi kit is an excellent product, not to say the best… According to our customers, it remains a must and the best quality / price / power ratio! We recommend it to pilots who want good power, a lot of torque, excellent top speed and above all maximum solidity without breaking the bank because this pack is really an economy. The cylinder is in MINACROM treated cast iron with normal exhaust which makes it extremely robust, it also has a studded cylinder head with a polished hemispherical chamber which gives it good cooling, the crankshaft (crankshaft) is in extra solid mass and is very well balanced via 4 masses, robust connecting rod with reinforced needle cage (original size for piston pin d.12mm), improved lubrication of the cages, a normal silk and a large ignition side for better recovery, this crankshaft preserves the original connecting rod length which will allow you, if one day you wish, to change the kit for even more performance without too many stalling problems. The bore is 49.5 millimeters, the piston in lightened reinforced alloy is in a very thin mono segment in domed S10 chrome, it is the most efficient cast iron kit, it takes up the base of the Top rose 80cc with studs but with a molded wedge and diagrams revised upwards especially for the increased stroke of 44mm. So 85cc real.
It even contains a key for offset ignition. We recommend it all the same with a complete preparation of the piston for those who want even more power because we can gain a lot of power, the piston which is universal (the same as the Top pink / Top pink with stud) obstructs the delivery gaseous to PMB, is harmful to sweeping and is not sufficiently adapted to the kit for our taste because the race and the PMB change from the Pink Top to the Maxi Top.
We recommend changing the piston every 5,000 km to around 7,000 depending on your driving style! You can rebore in case of tightening and take a higher piston rating which we also have.
A set of C3 bearings with reinforced riveted steel cages is provided in the pack. For those who really want a kit pushed very high, plan several base gaskets to make your squish and a preparation and finish on request.

As an option, we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder.
