A very large top-of-the-range nicasil-treated aluminium kit, with a diameter of 65mm on your original racing vilebrequin 50,68mm this cylinder will offer you no less than 168,17cc. The compression ratio is 13:1 and the exhaust diagram is 194°.
ATHENA announces no less than 25.5 hp to 10 500 rpm in machine wheel output entirely original type TDR 125 and no less than 29.6 hp to 11 700 rpm in machine wheel output type TZR R YAMAHA with above all a couple has 21 nm... what to make it drool more than a 125 rs.. Especially as this kit preserves the valve for an optimal torque despite the high diagram for power.
We think the 37 see 40 o'clock vilebrequin output are largely reachable with an exhaust, carburation... racing! On request and on the site, we already offer you clapets, exhaust racing... Remember that the famous 34HP given on the RS 125 2T are always given for the release of vilebrequin!
This kit has been really neat, started with a reworked exhaust valve, a worn-out plate cap in the mass, fully redesigned and corrected ducts, a forged graphity piston, its bi segment and valve will preserve a large couple while leaving appearing very high speeds, especially thanks to their treatment of hard chrome S10 and their bulging. In short really a must for this type of engine. We will appreciate the degree of finishing that Athena applied to this engine. Yet the price is lower than an original cylinder... Says of ATHENA racing, the original vilebrequin can amply support this cylinder.

We recommend with this kit in the minium: 290 in the carburettor MIKUNI of origin, exhaust racing (ARROW, GIANNELLI, TURBOKIT, ATHENA,...) valve blades BOYESEN. For those who want more advanced speed, a sprocket +2 teeth is strongly recommended (16 of origin so pass in 18). Know that a 30 to 34mm carburettor can be operated.
Optionally we offer you an internship 1 preparation, this preparation is a slight modification of the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams. Count an extra time for this preparation!
Other option, STAGE 2, increase of intake diagrams + exhaust, study and recovery of'integral drives... To accompany a carburettor from 32 to 34mm and a good exhaust!!!
