Here is the complete 125cc cylinder/piston and head kit from the big brand ITALKIT Engine competition 125cc 2 Time ROTAX 122, aprilia RS, AF1, EUROPA, PEGASO, ... and other models.
This sport version kit is very well optimized, from ITALKIT it offers a real power gain in comparison to the original and preserves a very good strength, a diameter of 54mm for the VERTEX piston is an original 125cc cylinder capacity.
The cylinder is therefore an aluminum model with well designed architecture and channels. Equipped with truly well designed specific intake transfers and a large valve exhaust, ovalized/extended.
The valve exhaust system is the same as originally, the valve is not supplied with this cylinder, so you will have to take over the original part.
The aluminum alloys used are excellent and will guarantee greater reliability and strength of your engine, provided that you have a perfect mounting without blush.
This cylinder is accompanied by a high-end VERTEX piston with specific heat treatment. Its fine segment will promote frank covers, rapid rise but without neglecting the couple thanks to diagrams and work done on admission, transfers...
Thanks to the treatment, its shapes and its composition, this piston has been very well designed and studied in order to offer a better thermal expansion, at the same time perfectly according with this cylinder to withstand the straight covers, brutal changes of speeds and prolonged use. you will be as surprised as we have been on this material that guarantees extreme reliability and performance widely at appointments.
We recommend it with at least: a relaxing escapement, a carburation of minimum 30mm (flat bushel will suit perfectly), original head. If your engine is ready, or old, we will recommend changing the crankshaft, by the way do not hesitate to place a reinforced rod kit. A set of rigid carbon valve slats will also be the good one to exploit the right diets.
Optionally we offer you an internship preparation 1, this preparation is a modification of the channels and exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement in the piston and skirt stock is also included in this modification. Count an extra time for this preparation!
