Here the cylinder / piston kit 140cc full of great brand ITALKIT Competition for ROTAX engine 125cc 2 Time 123, Aprilia RS, AF1, EUROPA, Pegaso ... and other models. This kit is more like the original, ITALKIT has fully optimized the cylinder to provide a real power gain compared to the original while maintaining excellent strength and reliability engine, a diameter of 57mm for the piston VERTEX is a displacement increased to 140cc.

The cylinder is an aluminum model with an architecture and well designed channels. With specific admission transfers really well drawn and a large exhaust valve, of oval / extended form. The valve exhaust system is identical to the original, the valve is not supplied with this cylinder, it you will therefore resume the original part.

The aluminum alloys used are excellent and will ensure reliability and better durability of your engine you will understand, providing a perfect fit, clean and free of burrs. This cylinder comes with a brand piston VERTEX upscale with specific heat treatment. With treatment, forms and composition, this piston was very well designed and studied in order to offer a better thermal expansion, agreeing at the same time perfectly with this cylinder to support the free times, brutal regime change and prolonged use.

Obviously delivered complete as presented (photo noncontractual), you will be as surprised as we have been on this equipment which guarantee extreme reliability and performance obviously to appointments.

We recommend at least: a relaxing escape, a carburetion at the very least 30mm (flat bushel fit perfectly), original cylinder head. If your engine is prepared, or old, we recommend changing the crankshaft, by the way do not hesitate to ask a rod kit strengthened. A set of rigid carbon flaps slats will also be welcome to exploit the good plans.

Optional we offer a preparation course 1, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the charts and improvement of the duct, it increases the cylinder performance. Improved piston and bottom skirt is also included in the amendment. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
