Here is the 140cc complete cylinder / piston kit of the great ITALKIT Competition brand for 125cc 2-stroke ROTAX 122 engine, aprilia RS, AF1, EUROPA, PEGASO, ... and other models. This kit is no longer like the origin, ITALKIT has totally optimized this cylinder in order to offer a real gain of power in comparison with the origin while preserving an excellent solidity and reliability engine, a diameter of 57mm for the piston VERTEX is an engine capacity increased to 140cc.
The cylinder is an aluminum model with a very well designed architecture and channels. It has specific, well-designed intake transfers and a large, valve-shaped, oval-shaped / widened exhaust The valve exhaust system is identical to the original, the valve is not supplied with this cylinder you will have to take back the original part.
The aluminum alloys used are excellent and will guarantee a reliability and solidity of your engine you will have understood, provided a perfect fit, clean and without burr. This cylinder is accompanied by a piston of the brand, VERTEX high-end with specific heat treatment. Thanks to the treatment, its forms and its composition, this piston has been very well designed and studied in order to offer a better thermal expansion, agreeing at the same time perfectly with this cylinder to withstand the frank revisions, sudden changes in diets and prolonged use.
Obviously delivered complete as presented (non-contractual photo), you will be as surprised as we have been on this material that guarantees extreme reliability and performance obviously appointments.
We recommend it with at least : a relaxation exhaust, a carburation at the very least of 30mm (flat bushel will be perfect), original cylinder head. If your engine is prepared, or old, we recommend to change the crankshaft, by the way do not hesitate to ask a reinforced rod kit. A set of rigid slats carbon valves will also be welcome in order to exploit the right schemes.
Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and skirt stocking is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
This model 122 (unlike 123) does not need to change the position of the valve to install a pneumatic valve! The hole is already done! In any case, on the ITALKIT models, all the ROTAX cylinders have the hole!
