Finally available to us, the famous high complete engine with exhaust GILARDONI strip for motor GILERA GSM, H @ K, and Eaglet GAS GAS engine MORINI. This kit marketed under ITALKIT box now has a story behind it! Ultra powerful and torquey, it has a very specific architecture and preserves a small admission original type.



The aluminum cylinder Ø47 mm has a specific heat treatment with nikasil lined with high quality. It has a displacement of 74cc. A high range consists of ensuring strength and reliability. With 6 intake transfers 2 with the special rear and an exhaust port for expanded bar and revised upwards.



Admission level cylinder has been completely revised and updated, this GILARDONI system offers a really huge power gain while preserving a very active couple. Cooling is also very good thanks to the alloys providing additional security.



The piston is 47mm diameter model from VERTEX two segments for chrome steel thickness 1 mm. Suffice to say the material of the highest quality whose reputation / quality is well established. With its 2 segments purpose, the ramp-up will facilitate while maintaining maximum torque, an excellent compromise and a careful choice of high-end pieces.



This piston has been very well designed and studied in order to offer a better thermal expansion, agreeing at the same time perfectly with this cylinder to support the free times, brutal regime change and prolonged endurance of circuit.



In the end, a single cylinder block (one part) is supplied with the cylinder. She also excellent manufactory with a fine finish. Mag model for better heat dissipation, better cooling and thus more performance. Optional we offer a preparation course 1, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the charts and improvement of the duct, it increases the cylinder performance.
