A small high quality very solid cast iron kit from MALOSSI with liquid cooling, in diameter of 57.5mm (actual 109cc), clean bore and finish good enough for a cast iron kit often much worse finished than aluminum. It has 6 transfers and a very wide normal exhaust. Its diagrams are well defined to have a maximum of torque and solidity. It therefore has reduced performance and precision, but a longer service life and a much lower repair cost in the event of tightening. It is certainly the best 110cc cast iron kit on the market for YAMAHA DT, TZR, RD, YSR ... 80cc LC .
The piston in two segments for maximum torque. We recommend it for road or regular use, many kilometers while having good power, good speed and excellent torque. Aesthetically it is quite ordinary, size identical to the origin, marked MALOSSI.
Transfers are increased in order to allow maximum performance, you will recognize on this product the head start of MALOSSI in terms of treatment, architecture and finish ... It is above all a good basis for preparers. To top it off, MALOSSI delivers you a jet for the original carburetor.
We recommend it with at least : good muffler, racing candle, quality oil.

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
