Kit 105cc Ø53mm ATHENA RACING for motorcycle Yamaha YZ 85 from 2002 to 2018 liquid cooling

Under the ATHENA Racing brand (ATHENA is none other than the EUROCILINDRO group, one of the largest high-end foundries in Italy).

This kit consists of a cylinder with high-end aluminum coating and treatment, a two-segment piston, seals and accessories. It is delivered without cylinder head. With its diameter of 53mm, it still offers real 105cc!

Its architecture and its finish are obviously very very good, its exhaust outlet is clearly improved and enlarged, of standard oval shape.

The piston is a top-of-the-range model in mono-segments, it favors the high speeds, very solicited on this kind of machine.

Of course delivered 100% complete as presented with its needle cage, high quality aluminum cylinder, VERTEX single-segment piston, reinforced engine seal pack ... but also its high compression cylinder head.

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation! To be installed with 19 to 21mm carburetion, exhaust and sport variator, valves, reinforced crankshaft recommended!
