Increasingly difficult to find, here is the 80cc high engine kit with the same displacement as the original for your YAMAHA TZR, RD, DT, YSR 80 motorbikes ... Liquid cooling! These motorcycles were mainly present in PORTUGAL and a little bit in SPAIN!
This high engine is of very high quality, there is an ATHENA / EUROCILINDRO aluminum cylinder with 5 intake transfers, with a bar exhaust in 2 parts, this cylinder has a high quality nycasil treatment! The piston is an original type model, diameter 49.5mm in bi-segment, it has 2 lateral lubricators and is manufactured at METEOR! The delivered segments are completely standard segments in non-treated or curved cast steel. Their thickness is 1.5mm. The piston pin is 12mm in diameter by 38mm long.
The diagrams are more worked than the origin which makes it a high engine more powerful at high speed, it remains torquey in view of its bi-segment and its compression rate fairly high with the original cylinder head, we recommend driving with 100% synthetic oil at 2.5% and SP98 only! You can after your carburation settings especially if you have a good exhaust liberated with, ask a slightly cooler racing candle of grade 10 (BR10EIX for example). It is obviously delivered with its seals, its instructions, its warranty as in the photos!
