Named CLOSED DECK. The cylinder is a really worked model. It has 6 intake transfers and a huge bar model exhaust.
To better release the power of this monster, POLINI has revised the exhaust duct upwards with good venturization (acceleration of the air flow).
The exhaust now comes out specifically with a large 3-bolt flange (delivered with the exhaust pipe). The piston is a mono-segment model, reinforced light alloy, with the POLINI logo…
The cylinder head is also very specific with its CLOSED DECK cooling system, its quenching, its external and internal machining...
Really impressive both in performance and aesthetics!
In addition, a lot of accessories are delivered as cylinder head nuts, elongated studs, joints to the squish, water machined mass arrivals ....
As a reminder : bore Ø52mm, for original stroke diagrams 192 / 129°, compression ratio 15:1. You will obviously have to machine in the crankcase in order to install this cylinder! We greatly appreciated the finish and the little tricks such as the cylinder head centering pins automatically placed.

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and the lower skirts is also included in this modification. Count a little extra time for this preparation!
