This kit has nothing to do with the old version, the old version was 47mm in diameter, this model had diagrams much too low, it was cast at GILARDONI and had reputation for a low-quality chrome treatment! This kit is a brand new version, the aluminum is very high quality, the treatment is a real nykasil of very high quality with a perfect bore, the finish is also pushed even better than a MHR team! To our astonishment this kit can be no problem compared to the MALOSSI MHR team and other high performance kits. This cylinder and cylinder head use a brand new mold that offers a new cooling sema! 5 to 10 ° additional cooling at the cylinder head in relation to a PIAGGIO standard cooling scheme. The transfers are completely redesigned, you will have to align your crankcases to this high engine for more performances, the exhaust is a model to boost, 4 lateral transfers and two transfer back. Stock and well accompanied this kit has a power range of around 12,000 rpm.   In order to get a little more high speeds with ease if you have an adequate exhaust you can increase the exhaust diagram to 192 ° without touching the intake, which will provide more power without harming the torque too much. The power range will be around 13,000 / 13,500 revolutions per minute. The piston from ASSO remains relatively standard and does not have a large silicon content or special treatment! It is of very good quality but could have been more efficient. The piston is in mono-segment to favor the high revs. We highly appreciate the cut skirt to improve filling and passage. The cylinder head is an integrated stud model, special for better cooling, polished hemispherical chamber! You may be a little reluctant to these new types of kits but the performance and quality are at the rendezvous. To accompany a configuration that follows!

 

We recommend this kit with at least : 24mm carburation, racing exhaust, reinforced crankshaft, reinforced bearings, unbridled ignition, cold competition candle.
