A very large kit renowned for having a very high power while being extremely durable. The 70cc cast iron polini is a Ø47mm cast iron kit with very nice diagrams (located between the torque and the power at high speed). It retains a normal exhaust as well as a dual segment piston which allows it a lot of torque and robustness.
It comes of racing carbon valves studied kit (good resonance frequency compared to atteinds plans). The piston is strengthened and worked to the kit, his head is polished tapered really well calculated allowing it a very good power (report very good compression).
The cylinder which remains in 5 transfers is of good quality. The cylinder head is a two-part studded model, for better engine cooling (heat exchange). It is very rare to find such good cylinder heads on a cast iron kit!
There is also the racing model with us which has a revised and corrected exhaust whose diagrams are retouched by hand .
We recommend at least: reinforced crankshaft, 21mm and carburetion adjustments, reinforced bearings, exhaust racing.

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
