Not approved on public roads, only reserved for competition such as the MHR GP 80 and the super moto trophy, the races for which this high engine was created.

Installation with 85mm long connecting rod crankshaft! Cannot be installed with an original size 80mm connecting rod!!! For normal stroke 39.2mm, piston pin Ø12mm standard! Can be installed with the original housing unlike the FLANGED MOUNT model.

Here is the very latest MALOSSI MHR TEAM 70cc, this cylinder has already been the must for years... This new version has been revised and corrected! As usual with MALOSSI MHR , the finish is impeccable, each part has been over-studied... This kit is even more efficient than its predecessor thanks to a huge bar exhaust and 7 intake transfers!

The diagrams are also revised upwards (everyone found the old team slightly too torquey despite the high revs). The port and exhaust diagram is extremely well done! (a tolerance of only 5 hundredths of a millimeter!).

Obviously the compression ratio is very well adapted, enough to make you think about saying goodbye to your old engine. Malossi has hit hard again! At the moment, no cylinder is capable of achieving such performance on a scooter in this category. With its diameter of 47.6mm this cylinder offers very satisfactory power!

For the best you will need to align the transfers to the engine casings. The cylinder has one of the highest-end nicasil treatments on the market, the piston has a very high silicon content and an extra fine single segment (0.80mm) hard chrome domed to allow the highest speeds and very low wear. ..

The cylinder head is a stud model, in two parts in order to improve cooling as much as possible, the combustion chamber is a frustoconical model with a polished finish. You will tighten the cylinder head stud without the cylinder head cover!

This technique allows you to perform ever more precise tightening! Especially on a machined finish cylinder head stud, reinforced MALOSSI MHR studs, special reinforced MALOSSI MHR nuts. In short, this cylinder is a performance monster! Certainly the best of all scooter kits at the moment.

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the conduit, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and skirt bottoms is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
