Attention, prohibited on public road! This cylinder exceeding the engine displacement of 50cc is only reserved for competition.
Here is the high 80cc engine from BARIKIT for PIAGGIO / GILERA lc motor scooter. This model offers good power and a very large increase in torque. The cylinder is a cast iron alloy model with a high temperature metallic black external paint, so it offers very high reliability, ideal for endurance, stunt ....
The diagrams have an excellent torque / power ratio. The cylinder has a very large booster exhaust and 6 improved intake transfers. The base preserves an original shape and will be installed without modification on original casings.With its diameter of 50mm, it offers a real displacement of 77.16cc in company with the original connecting rod assembly 39.3mm of the PIAGGIO / GILERA lc engine.
The piston is a two-segment model to once again preserve torque and solidity. This piston has received a black graphite treatment, it also has an opening on the rear skirt for improved sweeping and lateral grease fittings! The segments supplied with the kit are special very fine chrome-plated steels to allow high speeds.
The cylinder head cover is white for a nice aesthetic touch. It will also significantly improve engine cooling. Please note, the cylinder head is delivered without water connection but the POLINI and TOP PERFORMANCES fittings can be mounted without modification on it!
In summary, it looks a lot like FURYTECH but it is nevertheless better worked with much more upscale materials. This cylinder will therefore offer you reliability, power (especially with good diagrams, fine segments and a booster exhaust) and a lot of torque! With this kit we recommend that you accompany it with at least: a carburetion of Ø21mm (24 / 25mm to operate well), racing exhaust, cold spark plug (B9 / B10 depending on temperature), racing variator, crankshaft and reinforced bearings.

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement in the skirt bottoms is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
