With its Ø14mm piston axis, this kit must be installed in combination with a 44mm stroke crankshaft, 90mm rod and Ø14mm piston axis. It is simply the 95cc FL R/T of the STAGE 6! Hey! But why make an FL cylinder? FL for FRANGED MOUNT means that the cylinder is fastened by 4 ears outside the cylinder, so the studs are no longer through and no longer interfere with the exhaust duct or the transfer of intakes! This leaves room for engineers to steer the cylinder fully towards performance without any space constraints! The cylinder is shorter and comes with a hold! The hold is fixed on your base in 52X52mm, then the hold offers fastening wheelbase to the FL cylinder!

Based on the famous 70cc cylinder that has broken many records, the 95cc version promises even more power and offers considerable potential for new state-of-the-art performance.
External fixation: The CNC machined base hold is fixed on the crankcase, while the cylinder is attached with external screws, thus avoiding any studs crossing the cylinder. This design offers engine preparers many possibilities to customize and optimize their engine without being subject to the usual restrictions
Optimized thermal management: The cylinder has excellent thermal management thanks to its cap pad fixed by five screws, each cooled by a dedicated cavity. Critical points around the studs, often responsible for clamping the piston, have been eliminated, thus reducing sensitivity to thermal failures and allowing uniform expansion of the shirt, essential for intensive use in competition.
Big Bore Cylinder: Stage6 has completely redesigned the exhaust and transfer channels to adapt to the new cylinder capacity, creating a true high-end Big Bore cylinder, not a simple realised cylinder. In terms of numbers, it is possible to reach 30 horses, of course with a suitable configuration.
Configuration and Assembly of the Am6 Cylinder Stage6 R/T
The 95 R/T kit comes with an exhaust flange as well as a reducer allowing the installation of all Minarelli AM6 exhaust systems with a flange diameter of 35 and 38 mm. The flange is equipped with 2 O-rings to ensure perfect sealing, with an O-ring on the cylinder side and an O-ring on the inside towards the exhaust.
Currently, for maximum power, we recommend the following Stage6 exhausts:
Exhaust Pot Stage6 R/T 90 - 100, low-pass version
Stage6 80 - 90 black, high-pass version
For the rest of the configuration, we recommend the following parts:
Vilebrequin AM6 Stage6 R/T Race 44 and 90mm rod,
Stage 6 R/T AM6 vilo bearing kit for 20mm silk,
A 34mm carburetor Stage6 R/T,
Internal rotor ignition Stage6 R/T by PVL Minarelli AM6,

Installation instructions for 95 R/T AM6
The Stage6 R/T 95cc AM6 cylinder does not mount without modification on your AM6 engine case. You will have to mill this one in order to pass the skirt of the cylinder as well as the passage of the piston.
Here are the dimensions of the cylinder base:
Cylinder skirt diameter: D.58.4 mm (+0.1 mm), depth 13 mm.
Piston passage: D.53.8 mm (+0.2/-0.1 mm), depth 24 mm (±0.2 mm).

Aluminium cylinder with nikasil-treated shirt, 6 transfers, barrel exhaust outlet,
52 mm Piston / 14 mm piston axis / extra fine piston segment,

NOT approved.
Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the plunger and skirt stockings is also included in this change. Count a little extra time for this preparation!
