With a diameter of 52 and a stroke of 47mm, 2FAST offers us a pretty close to the square! This kit offers an excellent torque/power ratio. This is simply one of the most efficient 100cc kits on the market for MINARELLI AM6 powertrains! This 2FAST kit adopts a kernel to the taste of the day to offer better distribution, better scanning, better filling... Its 6 intake transfers, its mono segment, its head with hemispheric chamber offering a compression ratio of 15:1, its huge exhaust a barette, its large intake transfers at the base make it a real monster above 11,500 laps!
Be careful, however, don't go to war armed with a fork! We recommend its placement on:
-An excellent crankshaft running 47mm and 95mm rod, piston axis Ø14mm (possible to place the crank MALOSSI MHR rod 100mm stroke 47mm with a hold of 5mm under the cylinder or cylinder TOP PERFORMANCES TPR 97mm wire with 2mm hold)
-A minimum carburation 30mm
-High-speed oriented valves, ideally large valves on TPR 100 crankcases
-TPR 100 cards recommended! Otherwise, the side crankcase was machined at a diameter 58mm and depth 17mm
-A very powerful 100cc exhaust with a rotula suitable for 2FAST exhaust attachments (either Derbi by 2 screws of 50mm interax, or 3 screws of 47mm interax)
-An ignition with an advance curve that follows the heading as the MVT DD
-A clutch capable of holding power like the kit 5 discs / 5 springs from TPR
*Is able to exit around 27HP at the wheel in power corrected with a PMAX between 12,500 and 14,500rpm.
As an option, we offer a STAGE 1 preparation, this preparation includes a selection of the best part of our stock, a clear improvement of the exhaust shape and diagram as well as a special touch of the cylinder skirt and piston for better scanning / filling according to our best tests. An improvement in lubricating is made in view of the diets obtained after preparation.
