Here is the very last POLINI 100cc kit for MINARELLI AM6, it is really 93.40cc of displacement, some say it is 100cc with the shim, in fact it is simply impossible, it should be installed with a 46mm stroke or more to take 100cc. It has a diameter of 52mm and is to be installed with the 44mm stroke crankshaft, 95mm connecting rod for Ø13mm piston pin only! Attention, we are talking about a powerful kit ... To be used with a 28 to 32mm carburetor, a POLINI racing exhaust suitable for large engine displacement, variable ignition, a reinforced clutch ... Polini has installed a single piston. segment in order to release the high revs, they have greatly improved the cooling, fitted a cylinder head with a polished hemispherical chamber, the exhaust duct has been very freed for more performance, goodbye the small Ø25 / 28mm duct, we move on on a 3-screw flange fixing (be careful, it will not necessarily be easy to install another pot than the POLINI unless you weld a fitting on the steel plate supplied). The exhaust is bar, 6 huge transfers to the admission .... Very very heavy!
We recommend a squish between 0.6 and 0.90mm (torque / extension). This kit requires to release at least the lip of bottom of skirt on casings! Alignment to casings highly recommended !!!
As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
