Here is the 2Fast 100cc cylinder kit for Derbi Euro3 (D50B0).
Some technical data:
- Nickasil-treated aluminium
- 6 transfers of admission
- Bare escape
- 52mm bore
- Multi-fixed exhaust outlet (for 2 or 3 attachment points)
The assembly must be mounted on a crankshaft running 47mm/95mmm rod to reach 100cc.
It is therefore imperative that the crankcase be milled!
Also note that 107mm cylinder studs will be mandatory.
Advice to optimize performance:
To exploit the full potential of this 100cc cylinder kit, it will need to be combined with a hyper-racing exhaust, a specific intake with a carbu of at least 28mm and an internal rotor ignition.
For reliability reasons, it will also be necessary to invest in a reinforced clutch.
As an option, we offer a STAGE 1 preparation, this preparation includes a selection of the best part of our stock, a clear improvement in the shape and the exhaust diagram as well as a special retouch of the cylinder skirt and piston for better scanning / filling according to our best tests. An improvement in lubricating is made in view of the diets obtained after preparation.
