Description BIDALOT:
We are pleased to present our new RF80WR High Engine, for engine DERBI Euro 3, version 80cm3.
We have defined all new transfer and exhaust cores, suitable for the Ø borehole47.6mm. These nuclei have been defined to bring very high performance to high speed, but without penalizing the couple and power to mid-regime.
Fully modeled in 3D CAD, the cylinder sees its water chamber turn all the transfer and exhaust cores, with constant thicknesses, to ensure a high dimensional stability of the cylinder, due to optimized cooling.
The ass, of monobloc type cast, is auto centered in the cylinder. The plot goes back 2.4mm in the borehole on this version 80cm3. As with the cylinder, the cooling of the combustion chamber is optimized by a peripheral water chamber.
This cylinder is intended to be mounted with the Racing Factory Racing vilebrequin 44.9mm, 90mm.
The fixing of the specific exhaust flange, delivered with the Racing factory niouveaux models, is provided by 4 screws. However, it is possible to mount a 2-hole fixation flange, 50mm ink.
