Here is the latest in the AIRSAL house for DERBI euro 1 & 2! The Spanish brand is launched in a superb challenge out ultra high motor racing, high performance in a competitive prices. Success for evidence with this high engine 88cc Ø50mm AIRSAL Xtrem red. This model is really beautiful, powerful and clever all at a price one little more reasonable.
Therefore the cylinder is a Ø50mm, it is provided for a 45mm stroke crankshaft with a connecting rod size origin 90mm as the special crankshaft 88cc AIRSAL or BARIKIT 45mm stroke. This report Ø50mm and 45mm stroke offers no less than 88 35cc.
This cylinder is not only painted in red, is an architecture that was created! The back gets 3 admission transfers to improve the scanning side is the number of 2X2 and they worked well for all.
The exhaust is a very large strip model. The nykasil is a banal scanimet (we still will prefer a top coating as the hard nykasil but it is already good). Diagrams are high in order to provide maximum high-rpm performance, the couple will still be very present thanks to the 45mm stroke. The cylinder head is a trivial piece, we would have still preferred a stud bolt to improve cooling and changes in volumes, shapes ...
But this piece cylinder head already amply satisfied 99% of users! The room is a hemispherical high compression model polished, all offer a compression ratio of 13: 4 (squish advised 0.70mm). The plunger is shaped banal VERTEX model that is often found on AIRSAL it is very good and it is specific for a treatment on the anti-detonation cap.
This piston is provided with a bulging nodular chrome Ø50X1mm segment to allow for higher speeds. The piston is equipped with side grease which is also very significant for longevity.
The seal pack is full but you still miss the base plate attached to the squish as it should be which is unfortunate! To conclude, this set is really a great value! The performance will be waiting for you for sure with such a high motor. It is clear that users who really want the material very refined regret the absence of solid bolts with nuts, hard nykasil, a stud bolt, seals properly to make the squish, true study of channels and transfers ... But for that price you could not expect more than what is AIRSAL! The finish certainly surprise you! It is worthy of the greatest BIDALOT, MHR ... See even better!
We recommend with this kit at least: carburation of Ø28mm, rod 45mm stroke crankshaft 90mm AIRSAL or another if desired, reinforced bearings, adapted exhaust, low engine / high engine alignment, lighting following the turns, cold candle grade B10 (31 in DENSO) see B105 (34 DENSO), ...

Optional we offer a preparation course 1, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the charts and improvement of the duct, it increases the cylinder performance. Improved bottom skirt is also included in the amendment. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
