Many modifications have been made such as the 6 transfers and the corrected and upwardly revised bar exhaust. All adapted to the new 50mm diameter bore. These latest modifications have of course one and only goal, to further optimize performance at high revs while preserving maximum torque and power at low and mid-range.
Another plus of this high engine was made directly in the design of the cylinder which is seen adding 4 fixing screws for the cylinder head stud. The cylinder is obviously made of aluminum with its specific treatment and Nikasil coating. The cylinder head stud preserves its high compression combustion chamber and is accompanied by the famous blue cylinder head cover cut in the mass.
Its piston is a top-of-the-range mono segment racing model which will reduce friction and consequently increase high speeds. It is equipped with a thin segment in domed ground chrome steel, its 12 X 39mm axle and reinforced clips. A reinforced Racing needle cage is supplied with all the necessary screws (studs, nuts, etc.) for the assembly of this kit. An explanatory note in French will accompany you in the assembly with the recommendations of the BIDALOT brand for the wedging of the top engine as well as the specificities of the LABEL version. Why so much time? For the simple reason that the high engine is completely modified by the racing department of the brand. Preparations drop by hand and special machine from the foundry of the cylinders. This preparation for the craziest among you includes a multitude of modifications which are as follows:
Changes in distribution heights
Modification and optimization of sweep angles (horizontal and vertical)
Changed the height and shape of the exhaust light
Preparation of the cylinder skirts
Optimization of the geometry of the ''hollow'' of the barrette
Metrology and optimized cylinder/piston pairing
Retouching of the beaks of the segment
Checking and adjusting play at segment cut
These cylinders are numbered, so as to avoid any doubtful pseudo Label preparation which could circulate.
