A very large kit very famous for having a very strong power while being extremely resistant. The CORSA polini or course in French is a d.47mm cast iron kit (PATA NEGRA) hand retouched with very detailed diagrams. It retains a normal exhaust as well as a dual segment piston which allows it a lot of torque and robustness. It will reach powers of a majority of stock aluminum kit (not retouched).
It comes with a carburation adjustment jet, a cold racing spark plug, carbon racing valves studied in the kit. Its piston is reinforced and worked in the kit, its cylinder head is polished truncated really well calculated which allows it a very good power by adding a good squish to it. The cylinder which remains in 5 transfers but has a revised and corrected admission and everything is in the diagrams retouched by hand!
You will also appreciate the reinforced O-ring cylinder head gasket which avoids many well-known concerns on this type of engine: the flat aluminum gaskets which break. This kit is also delivered with a reinforced needle cage and on greased. Note the finish of the side transfers which leaves a lot to be desired.
We recommend it with at least: reinforced crankshaft, 21mm carburation and settings, reinforced bearings, racing exhaust.

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
