This MALOSSI kit is a model without cylinder head, it is designed to be mounted with an original cylinder head on vertical MINARELLI which makes it less expensive but quite efficient. The cylinder is a cast iron model bored in Ø47mm in order to increase the cylinder, the piston is a bi segment in order to slow down the race, to privilege the couple and the solidity. It is a 10mm axle model and it will be supported by your original crankshaft without problems.
The cylinder head gasket is therefore an aluminum model unlike the complete kit with cylinder head which is in cylinder head O-ring. This small kit is really inexpensive and will bring you suitable performance in torque and top speed without requiring a large equipment behind, a simple exhaust, carburetor settings with index 9 spark plug (B9HS) will be enough to make this small kit work correctly. MALOSSI delivers with a slats of valves in KARBONIT in order to exploit the good modes and that the carburation follows without problems. We recommend this part to those who live in a country where the law allows you to drive every day on the road in a 70cc kit, in the event of tightening, this kit will provide you with a permanent repair and a clear increase in performance at a lower cost!

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
