Here is the high engine in minacrom cast iron (high-end materials) with high compression cylinder head from DR Racing. A complete kit for guaranteed engine performance and reliability. Its displacement reaches 102cc precisely for a 55mm diameter bore with a cylinder equipped with 6 large intake transfers and an ovalized and well widened exhaust outlet, an engine efficiency which will be greatly improved.
Its stroke is 43mm with a compression ratio of 1:12. Clearly, a high engine ideal for quality refurbishment and additional performance. The cylinder head is a model entirely in aluminum, light and designed in materials such that the cooling will be improved. Hemispherical shaped chamber with a smooth, raw finish (see picture of the chamber).
The piston chosen to accompany this high engine is a bi-segment with specific treatment with a high silicon content guaranteeing better heat exchange and performance. The latter has a flat cap increasing the compression ratio considerably, a preparation on the rear skirt via an opening to improve the filling of the intake and the sweep.
Two segments in treated steel, chrome-plated in a specific shape at the level of the piston pins. Thanks to the 1.5 mm thickness of the latter, the torque will be greatly improved with the increase in friction to the detriment of high speeds. Of course, supplied with its Ø12 axis and its 2 clips in G.

As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
