KIt 70 R/T, the cylinder with innovative mounting
The most innovative feature of this R/T cylinder kit is its mounting design which includes a base hold attached under the cylinder. The CNC machined base hold is fixed on the crankcase, while the cylinder is attached with external screws, thus avoiding any studs crossing the cylinder. This design offers engine preparers many possibilities to customize and optimize their engine without being subject to the usual restrictions. In addition, the base hold is independent of the cylinder, which means that it is possible to change the piston without having to disassemble the hold.
Installation instructions for 70 R/T AM6
The cylinder can be mounted plug & play on all engine housings that were originally equipped with an aluminum cylinder kit. On the newer AM6 engines equipped with cast iron cylinders, you will have to work the crankcase to pass the skirt of the cylinder.
Here are the dimensions of the cylinder base:
Cylinder skirt diameter: 56,7 mm

Cylinder S6 R/T 70, performance forecast for the race
The 70 AM6 Hyper Racing kit is extremely efficient, reaching up to 24 hp when used with the appropriate components. Heat exchange is very efficient thanks to a five-point capped cap attached to the cylinder, each screw being cooled by its own cooling device. This design eliminates the critical points related to studs, which can often cause piston clamping problems.
Choose the right combo for its 70 R/T AM6 kit
The 70 R/T kit comes with an exhaust flange allowing the installation of all Minarelli AM6 exhaust systems with a flange diameter of 32 mm. The flange is equipped with 2 O-rings to ensure perfect sealing, with an O-ring on the cylinder side and an O-ring on the inside towards the exhaust. If you have an exhaust with a diameter of 28 mm, a reducing exhaust ball should be used to increase from 32 mm to 28 mm.
As an option, we offer a STAGE 1 preparation, this preparation includes a selection of the best part of our stock, a clear improvement of the exhaust shape and diagram as well as a special touch of the cylinder skirt and piston for better scanning / filling according to our best tests. An improvement in lubricating is made in view of the diets obtained after preparation.
