Here is a kit 80cc luxury two-segment of the Spanish house AIRSAL, this kit is also available in mono-segment piston VERTEX mono-segment at the price of 165 euros home! This kit has certainly a low price but yet of a quality and performance well present. Its diameter of 50mm still offers 76.57cc real in combination of the normal race minarelli am6 so 39mm.
Compared to the single-segment model, it will offer more torque (it feels barely) and of course more strength, the piston of the other model is a VERTEX mono-segment, it is a luxury AIRSAL but mounted bi-segment with lateral lubricators. The diagrams have a good ratio torque / high speed (around 187/131/130 °), coupled with this large diameter 50mm so we recommend this cylinder with a good configuration all the same!
A good racing exhaust, a carburation in minimum 24mm to operate well, a crankshaft and reinforced bearings ... The finish is really good for such a price. The piston is the two-segment model with a domed hard chrome, it has side grease nipples. The cylinder head is a high compression, the chamber is incoming in order to have a good alignment chamber / cylinder and good resistance of the cylinder head gaskets. The room is a hemispherical model polished finish.
This cylinder head allows you if desired to reconnect the antifreeze on your carburetor. This cylinder is delivered with 2 base seals in order to put the desired squish. Clearly this cylinder is really a superb quality / performance / price! It will certainly be less efficient than a MALOSSI MHR, BIDALOT, or POLINI because its distribution, its channels, the study, exhaust venturi ... Are relatively limited, the identical is a nykasil scanimet, incomparable to the Hard nykasil or ceramic plasma! But it will still perform well, especially for those who do not want a complex kit and difficult to talk. A good preparer will also be able to derive quite amazing performances. Attention non-contractual picture the piston is a mono segment!
We recommend it with at least : carburation 24mm with prepa air box + slats valves 0.30mm / 0.35mm, exhaust racing, crankshaft and reinforced bearings, cold racing candle ... Attention, this cylinder has an output of Exhaust Ø28mm and comes without shim exhaust 25mm, if you have a muffler Ø25mm you will need a block of exhaust. We recommend in any case a Ø28mm output.

Optionally we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and exhaust light by increasing the diagrams and improving the pipe, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement of the piston and skirt stocking is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
