Here is a small 70cc Spanish house AIRSAL, the model that we call luxury is the model TECH PISTON which features a high-end piston, this kit is also available in mono-segment to the normal price of 125 euros with us! This kit has certainly a cheap yet a good quality and present performance.
The cylinder is a treated aluminum nykasil of Ø48mm, it offers a real displacement 70,47cc, it has 5 transfers, the side has the base are well worked and we recommend alignment to the base engine. Internally side are beautifully drawn, the exhaust is a wide array model.
The diagrams are low enough to will pay with a small standard configuration exhaust relaxation + 21mm carburetor. The finish is not at the top but it is very correct in the price. The piston is the high-quality brand model VERTEX, it has side oiler and 2 end of 1mm segments, the upper segment is a hard chrome domed model.
The cylinder head is a high-compression chamber is incoming to have good alignment and good performance head gaskets. The room is a polished hemispheric model. This cylinder head allows you to reconnect if desired antifreeze on your carburetor. This cylinder comes with 2 joints of base plate to put the desired squish. Clearly this cylinder is really a great value! It will be certainly less effective than MALOSSI MHR or Polini ... But he will remain already very good.
We recommend at least: 21mm carburetor with prepa boite a air + slices valves 0.30mm (original pipe, valves and original original diffuser flaps can be stored), exhaust racing, crankshaft and reinforced bearings, cold candle racing ... Attention, this cylinder has an exhaust Ø28mm output and is delivered without exhaust wedge to 25mm, if you have a muffler in Ø25mm you need a hold of exhaust.

Optional we offer a preparation course 1, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the charts and improvement of the duct, it increases the cylinder performance.
