Here is the last born of the house AIRSAL for DERBI euro 3 and 4! The Spanish brand is launched in a superb challenge, to release a high ultra racing engine, very powerful in an unbeatable price.
Successful bet as proof with this high red 80cc Ø50mm AIRSAL Xtrem engine. This model is really beautiful, powerful and ingenious, all for a very reasonable price. The cylinder is therefore a Ø50mm, it is intended for an original racing crankshaft so 40mm with a connecting rod original size 90mm.
This cylinder is not only painted red, it is an entire architecture that has been created! The rear admission receives 3 transfers in order to improve the sweeping, the lateral ones are 2X2 and they are well worked on the whole. The exhaust is a very large model with a booster bar! How do we do it?
This is impossible? If AIRSAL does it. He simply passed the booster behind the studs! Thus allowing a much better evacuation of gases and thus reach the 20hp minimum against 13hp on the normal 80cc!
Nykasil is an ordinary scanimet (we would still prefer a high-end coating like hard nykasil but it is already of good quality). The cylinder head is an ordinary monobloc, we would still have preferred a stud bolt in order to improve cooling and changes in volumes, shapes… But this monobloc cylinder head will already amply satisfy 99% of users!
The chamber is a high compression hemispherical model with a polished finish, the assembly offers a compression ratio of 13: 4 (squish recommended 0.60mm). The piston is of ordinary VERTEX model shape that is often found on AIRSALs, it is of very good quality and it is specific by a treatment on the anti-detonation cap. This piston is equipped with a Ø50X1mm chrome domed nodular segment to allow the highest speeds. The piston is equipped with side grease nipples which is also very appreciable for longevity.
The attached pack is complete but you will still lack base gaskets to make the squish as it should be which is regrettable! To conclude, this set is really superb value for money! The performance will be there for sure with such a high engine.
It is clear that users who really want very polished hardware will regret the lack of solid studs with nuts, a hard nykasil, a stud bolt, gaskets to make the squish properly, real studies on the channels and transfers,… But for such a price we couldn't expect anything better than what AIRSAL did! The finish will certainly amaze you! It is worthy of the greatest BIDALOT, MHR ... See even better!
We recommend with this kit at least : Ø21mm carburetion, reinforced crankshaft, reinforced bearings, adapted exhaust, low engine / high engine alignment, cold spark plug grade B10 (31 in DENSO) see B105 (34 in DENSO), ...

As an option we offer you a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
