A real concentrate of performance! The complete high engine kit 80cc Ø50mm PARMAKIT for mécaboite DERBI euro 3 and 4. With its nikasil treated aluminum cylinder, its VERTEX piston, its specific bi-part cylinder head, its general architecture ... everything has been thought out and designed to offer torque, speed and sensations!
Its aluminum cylinder has 4 lateral transfers and 2 at the rear, therefore 6 enlarged, enlarged and reworked admission transfers. A monstrously large oval booster exhaust equips this high engine! At PARMAKIT, we are not laughing! The photos speak for itself, the finish is obviously excellent and upscale. The whole is greased, hence the orange color that we notice in some photos.
This makes it an engine with guaranteed performance while preserving of course increased strength thanks to the treatment given to the cylinder. With extensive diagrams, this kit is accompanied by a high silicon aluminum cylinder head, two-part stud model with high compression combustion chamber, hemispherical shape with polished finish.
The piston is therefore the VERTEX single segment model with pre-ground domed hard chrome end segment, its 12mm X 40mm axis and its 1mm thick C piston pin clips. It favors high speeds but does not neglect the torque and remains very solid!
Clearly a monstrously high performance engine, delivered 100% complete as presented with its bi-part cylinder head, its 6-transfer aluminum cylinder, its complete VERTEX single segment piston, complete joint pack with different thicknesses of base gaskets to make the squish, 4mm light aluminum base block for those who wish to adapt it to a long stroke, a set of 4 cylinder studs plus 2 exhaust studs, instructions ...
We advise to accompany this kit with: very reinforced crankshaft, celeron bearings, 19mm carburetion minimum recommended, racing exhaust, racing ignition, cold spark plug ...
As an option we offer a stage 1 preparation, this preparation is a modification of the channels and the exhaust port by increasing the diagrams and improving the duct, it increases the performance of the cylinder. An improvement to the piston and the bottom of the skirt is also included in this modification. Allow a little extra time for this preparation!
